Explore Parvritta Utkatasana into Parvritta Parsvakonasana, followed by Warrior 3 to challenge your balance. In Goddess Pose, engage the lower body while awakening the upper back with shoulder shrugs. Open your hips and quads with Twisted Monkey, balance in Natarajasana, and finish with Lizard Pose, Pigeon Pose, and Shavasana.
