Post-Run Release

When your legs feel tight, tired, or sore after a run, this is the reset. We'll start by releasing the hip flexors and low back in a supported bridge with a block, then move into Supta Padangusthasana variations to open the hamstrings and Ardha Hanumanasana for the hips. A tabletop backbend and Ustrasana open the front body, and a side bend and twist help everything settle. Whether you just finished a long run, a short one, or your lower body just needs some extra care, this one will leave you feeling loose, balanced, and refreshed.
