Classic yoga, taught well.

I'm Haley. I teach yoga that's thoughtfully sequenced, warm and welcoming, with the fundamentals done right and philosophy woven all the way through. You'll leave feeling strong, steady, and at home in your body.

My class library is free while I rebuild it.

I’m rebuilding my on-demand platform from the ground up, and while I do, everything is free. New classes every week: vinyasa, hatha, restorative, mobility, and meditation.

Whether you've got fifteen minutes or a full hour, there's a class for you.

✓ New classes every week

✓ Short practices for busy weeks, longer ones when you have time

✓ Clear cueing and sound sequencing, good for beginners and advanced students alike

✓ Real, yet accessible yoga philosophy

"Haley has completely transformed my practice, helping me break through mental and physical barriers and understand my tendencies both on and off the mat. She continually reaffirms my love for yoga and life. Her mastery of sequencing, alignment, and philosophy can take your practice as far as you're willing to go—and sometimes, just a little further." - Alex V.

Hi, I’m Haley.

I'm a yoga teacher based in the Bay Area, and my classes are consistent and reliable: warm, welcoming, and built on sequencing that actually makes sense. Philosophy is a huge part of the practice: I've been studying it for years and bring a lot of it into my classes. I love sharing it with students, because it's the part of the practice that follows you off the mat.
