Hi, I’m Haley.
I'm an E-RYT 500, and I've been teaching yoga full-time for about a decade, on Glo, at The Castro Room and Equinox, and in teacher trainings. My teaching has grown out of what I care about most: thoughtful sequencing, strength, embodiment, and authentic yoga philosophy that shapes how you live, not just what you say in class. In mentorship, I share all of it with you, one on one, along with what I've learned about building a teaching life that lasts, so you can make it your own.

Yes. If you have an audition coming up or your schedule shifts, we can move sessions closer together or space them out.

Both. I work with new teachers fresh out of training and advanced teachers ready to grow.

No. Sessions can be fully online, and we replace assisting with feedback on classes you film. Remote mentees in the 6-month mentorship get 2 private classes with me in place of the Castro Room class pack.

Yes. You can start with the Monthly or 3-Month Mentorship and upgrade to a longer option anytime. Options can only be upgraded, not switched to a shorter one.
