This breath-centered practice moves through a full-body flow that invites presence and steadiness with every inhale and exhale. We begin seated, exploring side bends and Gate Pose variations to open the side body and free up the breath. From there, we move through lunge salutations, twists, and standing postures like Warrior II, Side Angle, and Reverse Warrior to build warmth and focus. The practice softens into seated Goddess with a gentle backbend, then closes with Pigeon, a seated twist, and Viloma Pranayama. You'll leave feeling steady, centered, and connected to the rhythm of your breath.
