Grounding Hip Flow

Welcome to your practice! In this class, we'll focus on the hips and legs — a perfect choice when you need to center yourself, find clarity, or seek a sense of security. We'll start by opening the hamstrings and inner hips/thighs on the ground before transitioning into the main part of the class, which consists mostly of standing poses. These poses will invigorate the legs and help to calm and settle the mind.
