You’ll begin low with child’s pose, cat cow, and gomukhasana variations to open the back body and soften the nervous system. The practice gradually builds into low lunge work for the hip flexors, malasana, warrior 2, and parsvakonasana to find strength, stability, and space. You have an optional headstand to shift perspective, followed by skandasana, seated twist, and double pigeon to unwind and settle before closing.
