Flow with Minimal Instruction

A great class to do when you want a full, fluid, practice, but without too much detail or instruction. I like to take classes like this when I’ve had a big day full of talking or tasks, and I just want to move, feel free, empowered, and strong. This practice is well rounded and full body — we twist, balance, open the hips, backbend, and more. It’s all levels but some prior vinyasa knowledge is helpful as there’s not as much alignment cues as typical. I hope you enjoy it!
