Feeling under the weather, tired, or simply in need of a break? Join me for a practice designed to soothe and refresh. We keep it simple, focusing on nurturing all major joints in the body—knees, hips, and shoulders, while also caring for wrists and elbows. Most of the class is spent close to the ground, with the option of a brief shoulder stand towards the end. We conclude with gentle alternate nostril breathing, helping to reorganize the subtle body for enhanced comfort and efficiency. I hope you enjoy this revitalizing session—please excuse my sniffles!
