Join NowOne Breath at a Time
Move with intention and awareness, one breath at a time. This breath-centered practice moves through a full-body flow that invites presence and steadiness with every inhale and exhale. We begin seated, exploring side bends and gate pose variations to open the side body and free the breath. From there, transition through lunge salutations, twists, and standing postures like Warrior II, Side Angle, and Reverse Warrior to build warmth and focus. The practice then softens into seated goddess with a gentle backbend, closing with pigeon, a seated twist, and calming breathwork (Viloma Pranayama). Expect to leave feeling steady, centered, and deeply connected to the rhythm of your breath.
