Evening Ritual

This is a gentle and effortless 10-minute yoga practice designed to ease you into a peaceful slumber. This bedtime sequence keeps it close to the ground and invites a serene release without requiring much effort. We begin in Supported Bridge to soothe the low back and stretch the hip flexors followed by gentle hip circles on hands and knees, nurturing the outer hips and low back. We then move into Twisted Child's Pose and Reverse Parighasana, which both lengthen the side body. We then transition into Pigeon Pose which offers a release for the outer hips, before concluding with a seated twist, a soothing shoulder opener, neck stretches, and a gentle forward fold. Drift into sweet dreams after this calming practice.
