Lower Body Freedom Flow

Lower Body Freedom Flow is designed to bring ease and spaciousness into your hips and legs while grounding your energy. We’ll move through hip circles, cat cows, side stretches, and variations of ardha hanumanasana, reverse gate pose, and skandasana to build both mobility and release. Gentle quad and hip openers, including pigeon pose and upavistha konasana, invite you to soften further and settle into the support of the floor. This practice balances movement and stillness, helping you feel more connected to your body, your breath, and the earth beneath you. Expect to finish class feeling grounded, nourished, and at ease in your lower body.
