Join NowHips Hips Hips
This 30-minute Hatha practice stays low to the ground and gives the hips your full attention. We’ll begin on hands and knees with hip circles to warm up and invite some fluidity into the joint, then move through Lizard, seated Goddess with a side bend, and Ardha Hanumanasana to open the hip flexors, inner thighs, and hamstrings. A supported reclined quad stretch with a block, Figure Four, Pigeon, and a straddle fold take you deeper, and we’ll close with a gentle twist and a moment of stillness. One block is recommended, but a couple of books or a pillow will do. You’ll leave with a little more pep in your step.
