Start With the Body

We’ll begin standing with half salutations, then build into lunge salutations and gentle twisting in Parvritta Utkatasana before moving through Warrior II and Parsvakonasana to create strength and circulation. The practice winds down on the mat with a backbend and Thread the Needle to open the chest and shoulders. Expect a balanced morning flow that wakes you up without overwhelming you, leaving you alert, centered, and ready for what’s ahead.
