Side Plank variations fire up the obliques, while squat-to-stand transitions and Goddess Pose challenge the glutes and quads. Finish with bridge dips for a final burst of strength, leaving you feeling connected, awake, and strong. End in Supta Baddha Konasana to ground and restore.
