This 15-minute practice is designed to give you a complete reset when you’re short on time but craving movement. We’ll start gently in Child’s Pose and Cat-Cow with a wrist stretch to wake up your spine and shoulders, then flow into Down Dog, lunge variations, and standing postures like Extended Side Angle and Triangle to build strength and stability. A straddle forward fold and Malasana help you ground and release, before closing with a reverse tabletop to leave you open and energized. Whether you use it as a morning wake-up, midday break, or evening wind-down, this sequence offers a little bit of everything to support your body and mind.
