Short Yoga Classes
You do not need an hour to practice. A short, well-built class can do a lot, and the best practice is the one you actually do.
Every class here is 20 minutes or less and still moves your whole body. Some wake you up, some help you reset in the middle of the day, and some are simply the daily maintenance that keeps you feeling good.
My whole library is free while I rebuild it.

Good to know
Is a 10 or 15 minute yoga class worth it?
Yes. Short, regular practice adds up. Ten minutes most days will do more for you than one long class every few weeks.
Can I do these every day?
Yes. They are designed to be repeatable. Rotate a few favorites, or pair two together when you have a little more time.
Are these good for beginners?
Yes. Each class is clearly cued for every level, and you can take any pose more gently or skip it entirely.
