Welcome to Day 5! Congratulations on completing the series! Starting your day with this practice is always the right choice, helping you set the tone for a positive and empowering day ahead. Begin with half splits and low lunge pulses to awaken your hamstrings and hip flexors, followed by seated Goddess Pose with a chest opener and side bend. Strengthen the obliques and outer hips with side forearm planks and hip dips, then build heat with high lunge, Warrior 2, and Reverse Warrior Sun Salutations. Flow through Skandasana and Humble Warrior before moving into Hanumanasana and Urdhva Dhanurasana or Bridge Pose, with options for Eka Pada variations. Finish with Supta Baddha Konasana, Figure Four, an open twist, and a restful Shavasana to close out your journey.
