Begin with Parighasana (Gate Pose) into Reverse Gate to open up through the sides, then find length in the legs in Parsvottanasana. Flow into Uttanasana with a shoulder opener, followed by Lizard Pose and gentle side bends to release the hips & low back. Skandasana and Vertical Splits bring a deep stretch to the hips and hamstrings, and finish on the mat with Figure 4, Half Happy Baby, and a grounding supine twist. This refreshing sequence will leave you feeling relaxed, open, and fully reset.
