Cozy Day Flow

Some days call for a softer kind of effort. This cozy-day flow moves slowly but intentionally — opening the hips, waking up the core, and easing the body into deeper shapes without forcing anything. We start low to the ground in a gomukhasana variation to unwind the outer hips, then build gentle heat with a simple plank variation before moving into low lunge and side-angle.

From there we move into twists, balances, and a some backbending: Virabhadrasana 3, Ardha Chandrasana with a quad stretch, and a flip dog if it feels good. We land in camel to open the front body and finish in pigeon for a long, supported release.

The whole thing feels like settling in: steady, spacious, and just warm enough. A class for when you want to move, but you also want to take your time getting there.
