We’ll start in Child’s Pose with a side bend, warm into the spine and wrists, move through Warrior II, Reverse Warrior, and a bound side-angle variation, then soften into a wide-leg fold, gentle belly backbends, pigeon, and a seated twist. Simple, steady, and feel-good. Get in, get out, and carry that grounded feeling with you.
