Yoga for Stress Relief
Some days the most useful thing you can do is stop, breathe, and move a little. These are the classes I come back to when life feels full.
A few are slow and quiet. A few are bigger and sweatier, because sometimes stress needs somewhere to go. All of them use the breath to bring you back into your body and out of your head.
My whole library is free while I rebuild it.

Good to know
Can yoga help with stress?
For a lot of people, yes. Linking movement with slow, steady breathing gives your nervous system a clear signal to settle. Even five minutes can change how the rest of your day feels.
What kind of yoga is best for stress?
It depends on the day. When you feel wired, a slower, grounding practice helps. When you feel stuck or restless, a more energizing flow can help you burn it off first.
How long do I need to practice?
Start with whatever you have. There is a five-minute breath practice here for the busiest days, and longer flows for when you can give yourself more time.
