Vinyasa Flow Classes
Vinyasa is where I live as a teacher. Breath and movement linked together, thoughtful sequencing, and enough challenge to keep you curious.
These flows build heat, strength and focus while still feeling good in your joints. You will find quick twenty-minute flows, full forty-five-minute classes, and one long hour for when you want to really move.
My whole library is free while I rebuild it.

Good to know
What is vinyasa yoga?
Vinyasa links each movement to an inhale or an exhale, so the practice flows from one shape to the next. It tends to build heat and works strength, mobility and focus all at once.
Is vinyasa good for beginners?
It can be, with clear cueing and options. I offer variations throughout every class so you can make it gentler or more challenging.
How is this different from power yoga?
There is overlap. My classes are strong and sweaty when they need to be, but they always come back to alignment, breath and how the practice actually feels in your body.
