This class is a grounded, floor-based hip opening sequence with a slow, steady pace. We’ll start with gentle circular movement to warm the hips, then move into deeper stretches that target the outer hips, glutes, quads, and hip flexors. You’ll spend time in both active and passive shapes, gradually easing into longer holds before finishing on your back with a calming twist. Expect simple transitions, plenty of time to settle in, and an emphasis on sensation and release rather than pushing or forcing.
