You'll move through familiar shapes like Cat/Cow, Half Splits, and Low Lunge to wake up the body, then gradually build into standing poses like Warrior II, Parsvakonasana, and Half Moon. Along the way, we’ll weave in shoulder openers and gentle twists before closing with Camel Pose and a forward fold to help you land.
