From Doing to Being

This class is designed to help you transition out of “doing mode” and back into yourself. We’ll move through slow, intentional sequences to open the hips, chest, and low back — areas that tend to hold the day’s tension if you’ve been sitting, driving, or training.

Expect fluid hip circles, grounding shapes like Child’s Pose and Malasana, and expansive chest-openers such as Parsvakonasana with an option to bind and Flip Dog to reset your posture and energy. Gentle backbends and supported bridge variations release what’s been weighing you down, while steady breathwork and pelvic tilts at the end help you soften into the present moment.

Come as you are, let the movement do the work, and leave feeling clear, open, and at ease.
