When I'm stressed, overwhelmed, or just having a difficult time for any reason, I like to keep the practice simple and make sure it feels good and nurturing. This practice does just that. We move through a full practice that primarily incorporates standing poses focusing on hips, hamstrings, quads, and balancing -- this is all very grounding for the body, mind, and nervous system in general. At the end of practice we settle in and down with poses that are close to the floor, stretchy, and calming. My hope is for you to walk away feeling a bit more clear, poised, and centered.
