Connect to Your Inner Fire

This is a 45-minute full-body, dynamic sequence focusing on twists, core work, and breath. We’ll warm up with Cat/Cow, a hamstring stretch, a simple twist, some plank variations, and shoulder shrugs to awaken the upper back.

We then dive into a fiery core sequence guaranteed to wake us up and build heat! From here, the majority of the class consists of standing poses, incorporating lots of twists, hamstring openers, and balancing poses. As we come to the end of our standing sequence, we move into bigger, demanding poses like Parvritta Trikonasana and Anjaneyasana.

As we wind down, we indulge in sweet hip openers like Pigeon, Gomukhasana, and Happy Baby. After this class, I hope you feel strong and powerful, ready to harness that strength to better the world. Thank you and enjoy!
