Gentle and Restorative Yoga
Not every practice needs to be big. Some of my favorite classes stay close to the ground, move slowly, and give you room to rest.
These gentle, yin and restorative practices are made for tired days, rest days, and days when your body is asking for care. Grab a couple of blankets and a block and settle in.
My whole library is free while I rebuild it.

Good to know
What is the difference between gentle and restorative yoga?
Gentle yoga still moves, just slowly and with less effort. Restorative yoga holds supported poses for longer so you can fully relax. Several classes here blend the two.
What props do I need?
A block or two, a blanket, and a pillow or bolster if you have one. Household swaps like a firm cushion or a stack of books work too.
Is gentle yoga still worth doing if I usually do harder classes?
Yes. Slower practice is where a lot of the real recovery happens, and it balances out the days you work hard.
