Morning Yoga
A little movement before the day gets going changes how the whole day feels. It does not have to be long, and it definitely does not have to be perfect.
These classes range from a quick ten-minute wake-up to a full, breath-focused vinyasa, so you can choose what fits the morning you actually have. Start slow, wake up the body, and head into your day feeling steady.
My whole library is free while I rebuild it.

Good to know
How long should a morning yoga practice be?
Whatever you will actually do. Ten minutes most mornings will do more for you than an hour once a week. On slower mornings, take one of the longer flows.
Is it okay to practice right after waking up?
Yes. These classes start gently and warm you up gradually, so they are kind to a stiff body first thing.
Are these good for beginners?
Yes. Every class is clearly cued with options, so you can take it easier or add more as you go.
