Evening Yoga to Unwind
Evenings are when I most need to practice and least feel like it. These classes are made for exactly that moment.
They stay low to the ground, move slowly, and focus on letting the day go so you can settle in for the night. Some are ten minutes and some are forty-five. All of them are meant to leave you calmer than when you started.
My whole library is free while I rebuild it.

Good to know
Is yoga before bed good for sleep?
A slow, gentle practice in the evening helps your body shift out of the pace of the day, which can make it easier to wind down and rest.
Do I need to be flexible?
Not at all. These practices are about slowing down and feeling good, not touching your toes.
What if I only have a few minutes?
Start with Evening Ritual or Let Go of the Day. Ten or fifteen minutes is plenty.
